We’re excited to announce that famed Sicilian chef and owner of Case Vecchie Cooking School and cookbook author Fabrizia Lanza, will be coming to the Milwaukee Public Market! She’ll demonstrate some favorite recipes from her homeland, including; Involtini di Melanzane (eggplant rolls); Cavatelli (pasta with ricotta); Panelle (chickpea fritters) and Biancomangiare (almond pudding). You’ll also learn about life in beautiful Sicily, the heritage of her estate, the cooking school she runs and her family’s famed Tasca D’Almerita winery. This is an event you won’t want to miss!
