NOTE: If a class is marked Sold Out, please call the office and have your name placed on a waiting list. Once a list has the appropriate amount of interested attendees, we will book another class.
CANCELLATION:
Reservations are nonrefundable once registration is complete; however you may send someone else to take your place. If a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.

Aphrodisiac Cooking, Wednesday, February 8, 5:00 PM, $79 Hands-On SOLD OUT What better way to tell someone you care than by cooking and sharing a Valentine’s Day meal together. Chef Alisa Malavenda will take you through her recipes which are sure to make for a very interesting evening. Recipes include His and Her Cocktails; Fig Tart with Caramelized Onions, Bleu Cheese and Rosemary with a Warm Honey Drizzle; Orgasmic Oysters; Grilled Avocado, Asparagus and Baby Rocket Salad with Basil Vinaigrette; Luscious Lobster and Champagne Risotto with Rosemary “Vapor”; Chicken and Artichokes with Tomato and Pepperoncino; Roasted Sausage and Grapes; and a special dessert to top off the evening. Chinese New Year-the Year of the Dragon, Saturday, February 11, 10:30 AM, $29 According to Chinese superstition, food eaten during this New Year has to rhyme with good fortune. Peter Kwong will share his traditions and culinary expertise. He'll be cooking up Pot Stickers; Shrimp with Snow Peas; Lotus Blossoms and Hong Kong Fried Rice. Come celebrate the New Year!
Route 66 All-American Diner & Comfort Food, Thursday, February 16, 5:30, $29 Diner food is quintessentially American and the best comfort food ever created. But, you don’t have to drive miles to find your favorites; you can make them at home. Staci Joers will serve up these classics: Cherry Limeade, Mom’s Best Meatloaf, Loaded Smashed Potatoes and Jalapeno Corn, WWII Mock Apple Pie and a “Dusty” Sundae made with Grandma’s Homemade Fudge Sauce.
International Stews, Tuesday, February 28, 5:30 PM, $29 SOLD OUT Stews have been around since ancient times with each part of the world using their own local ingredients making stews as unique as the countries they come from. In this class Food and Beverage Consultant and Caterer, Ana Docta, will serve Locro, an Arentinean Stew; Feijoada, a Brazilian Stew; and Boeuf Bourguignon, from France. It will warm your soul!
The Yucatan, Wednesday, February 29, 5:30 PM, $24 SOLD OUT Madison-based food writer and cooking instructor, Otehlia Cassidy will share her love of regional cooking, this time from the beautiful Yucatan Peninsula. She’ll share her recipes for Salpicon Yucateca (shredded flank steak lettuce wraps); Sopa de Lima (Mexican chicken soup with lime); and Tik n Chik (Mayan Fish tacos served with pickled onions and jalapeno mayonnaise and Mexican Chocolate Mousse).

Spice Up Your Chicken, Tuesday, March 6, 5:30 PM, $29 Chicken is a family favorite, but if you're tired of the same old recipes, you won’t want miss this class! Liz Crawford, of The Spice House, will demonstrate 4 ways in which you can turn those herbs and spices in your pantry into mouthwatering entrees. You'll try a French chicken recipe with Herb de Provence, Dijon mustard and white wine; a Moroccan recipe- Tagine with saffron, ginger and preserved lemons; and an Asian dish- poached with star anise, served over toasted sesame angel hair pasta and Indian-sweet curry and coconut milk.
