“Motor Restaurant” Wednesday, June 24, 6 PM, $25
Independence Day is just around the corner and what goes better with the holiday than a backyard bar-b-q and parade featuring motorcycles. That’s why Chef Travis of Motor, located in the Harley-Davidson Museum, will be on hand with his recipes for Fried Cheese Curds with Red (marinara), White (ranch dipping sauce) and Blue (gorgonzola) Sauces; Grilled Skirt Steak Wheel Salad; Beer Can Chicken; Grilled Fruit Kabobs and Country Road Lemonade.

“Satisfying Summer Salads” Wednesday, July 22, 10:30 AM-Noon, $25
Culinary Director Jill Nickerson has the perfect answer for satisfying meals that won’t weigh you down. You’ll learn how to make Asian Cucumber and Chicken Quinoa Salad, Shrimp and Vegetable Salad Cups with Tarragon-Yogurt Dressing and Bean Pasta Salad with Lemon-Thyme Gremolata Dressing. You’ll want to add all of these to your list of family favorites that are healthy, flavorful, and filling!
“Fun French Cooking” Wednesday, July 22, 5:30-7PM, $25
Chef Brian Moran will keep us in the spirit of Bastille Days by sharing his recipes for Anchovy and Onion Tart, Provencal Squid and Frog legs, Salad Lyonnaise, and Poached Pear in French Wine with Bleu Cheese. You’ll also get to taste a very special olive oil imported from France! It will be a fun evening topped off with French wine from Thief Wine in the Market. Bon appétit!

Summer is a beautiful time of year to enjoy with friends or family. And what a perfect time to enjoy it Tuscan-style! Learn easy tips to serve your guests so you can enjoy the evening under the stars, too. Culinary Director Jill Nickerson will share recipes for Marinated Olives, Spaghetti with White Clam Sauce, Sliced Steak with Radicchio and Parmesan on Arugula, and for dessert, Grilled Fruit with Mascarpone Cream. “Cooking with Salt Blocks”, Thursday, August 6, 5:30 PM, $25

Alisa Malavenda will show you how to use this unique cooking style to make fabulous desserts, entrees, and even how it use them as serving pieces. Kids, if you like to cook, this class is for you! Culinary Director, Jill Nickerson will teach new breakfast treats you can serve to your entire family You’ll make breakfast burritos, breakfast pizzas and other yummy things. You must be at least 8 years old to attend.

See what’s in store when Chef Brian Moran takes the best of what’s in season and adds his culinary flair. He’ll teach you cooking tricks and techniques to make cooking fun and to use the of your local farmer’s market.
“Late Summer Dinner Party”, Tuesday, August 25, 5:30 PM, $25
It’s not too late to enjoy the beautiful summer with friends and family. Join Culinary Director, Jill Nickerson for a fun evening cooking. She’ll share her recipes for Skewered Seafood and Asparagus, Grilled Romaine Salad with a special dressing and a special dessert. As the saying goes, “You eat with your eyes first”.
