Located on the second level, Madame Kuony’s Kitchen is a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen dedicated in loving memory to a Wisconsin culinary icon. In the kitchen we offer an ongoing selection of diverse cooking classes. The classes are taught by many of the Market vendors and some of the area’s top Chefs and instructors. Everyone is welcome to participate! From beginner to seasoned veteran, the class offerings are sure to appeal to students of all levels!

All classes are demonstration or “classroom” format, unless otherwise specified, and include printed recipes and tastings of each recipe.

Chefs, dates and times are subject to change. Please check the schedule carefully for class times. All classes are approximately 1.5 hours long, unless otherwise specified.

HOW TO REGISTER
All registrations are on a first come basis.

Reservations can be made by phone at 414-336-1111 or print and mail the Registration Form (download Registration Form here) to:

CANCELLATION
Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made. Participants will be notified of cancellation at least 48 hours in advance.

FREE PARKING
Please park in the Market parking lot (enter on Water Street). Your parking pass will be validated upon check-in.
