Mardi Gras Spice Demo
In honor of Mardi Gras, the first Spice House demo of the year will feature two staples from New Orleans, Gumbo and Jambalaya. Join Mike and Kate in Madame Kuony’s Kitchen at the Milwaukee Public Market on Saturday, February 13th, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. We’ll talk about the spices involved and even a bit about the history and traditions of the event. Of course there’ll be some free sampling and copies of the recipes used. Wear Mardi Gras colors - purple, green and gold and receive a 10% coupon for The Spice House . Upstairs in the Milwaukee Public Market, 400 N. Water Street.
