This is the time of year that North America is harvesting sweet maple syrup. The Spice House’s May, 10th demo will celebrate this tradition by featuring our maple sugar blend, Gateway to the North.
Mike Kutka will show how versatile this deliciously sweet blend is. Join us upstairs at The Milwaukee Public Market in Madame Kuony’s Kitchen on Saturday, May 10th at 12:00 Noon.
We’ll have recipes for a number of dishes from breakfast sausage to salmon and there will be free samples – how sweet is that?
