In this demonstration class, chef Adam Pawlak (owner of Egg & Flour and former Hell's Kitchen contestant) will share his tips and tricks on how to create 3 varying pasta shapes, from scratch, along with 3 classic sauces. You’ll be able to follow-along with his personal recipes that are impressive yet doable for the home chef.
Tonight, you’ll get to sample:
· 3 Pastas- Angel hair | Fettucine | Pappardelle
· 3 Sauces-Angel Hair Cacio e Pepe- no sample |Fettucine with: Italiansausage, garlic, radicchio, parmesan, & lemon zest| Pappardelle Florentine with creamy sundried tomatoes, spinach, & grilled chicken

Free Parking
Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.
Cancellation
Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.
Alcohol Policy
Want to enjoy a beverage during your class experience? A variety of beer, wine, cocktails, and soda are available to purchase during the class. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
