Steak! Ensure Dad’s (or your) grilling game is taken to new heights this summer with these tips and tricks! Join Chef Staci, as she demonstrates the art of grilling the most popular cut of steak, sirloin. In the famous Madame Kuony’s Kitchen, Staci will prepare the ultimate dinner with numerous mouthwatering sides. You will sample classic wedge salad with homemade bleu cheese dressing, homemade fries and chipotle ketchup, and topped off with a raspberry tart.

Free Parking
Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.
Cancellation
Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.
Alcohol Policy
Want to enjoy a beverage during your class experience? A variety of beer, wine, cocktails, and soda are available to purchase during the class. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
